To begin with, we recommend to paint the burner after every 10 cycles or every weekday. So, you will need to pull out the burner and then leave the elements inside the burner. Put a coat of clean with either a fresh powder set, sandpaper or a cleaning cloth. After the machine is operated, there will be carbon deposition on the elements inside. And if these are not cleaned, then you will get issues during the operation, like the burner locking up. So, it is important to avoid this part of the preventive maintenance to maintain the liquid pump. Next is to load the air hose frequently. Make sure the air fan hose from your primary chamber is clear and there is no elements in the deposition there. Daily check the operation of the emergency bypass fan hose. So, one of the other checks you need to do every day. Make sure the bypass fan hose are operating. The dampers are set at normally open position when we install the machine. So, you will have to check the operation by crossing the dampers. Make sure it is crossing and when you release the clutch button, it should be opening. Next is you are cleaning the nozzles on your winch pulley. So, you will have to make sure every weekly you are cleaning the nozzles on the winch pulley. You need to take the flanges of the nozzles and take the nozzles out and give it a good clean. And you need to put it back. You need to look at the direction of the nozzles when you put the nozzles back and make sure it is fixed in the same way as before. There are arrows indicating on the winch pulley showing the direction of the nozzles. The nozzles are aligned in the direction of flow of gas. So, make sure you are putting it correctly. In case you see high pH values, then you need to either increase the frequency of the dosing water from your PLC timer screen or you need to add more caustic soda in your dosing tank. For any reason, if the pH is not coming down, then you will have to initiate the shutdown procedure and then drain the water off and then fill the tank with clear water and dose it up. Check the functionality of the caustic soda delivery system. So, daily you need to check the operation of the caustic soda system.
