Take a moment and identify your emotion. How big is your emotion? Is it smaller than a rabbit or bigger than a rhinoceros? What happens if you sit with this emotion? Are you able to name it? Is it constant or does your emotion come and go? Grief can ebb and flow. Where are you today? Are you caught in the rush of the current or are you able to step back and observe from a distance?
