I'm sorry. I'm hooked up to my Bluetooth. Sorry. I'm talking away. I'm like, Mom? Mom? Okay, you're talking way in the background. Yeah, that was me because we were in the living room. Okay, so I'm going to try and figure this out real quick. So did you see what I just checked? No, I didn't. I've seen that. And I'm just going to go check and see. Yeah. Yeah, okay, so I'm going to go to the secondary suite workshop.
Oh, are you going to go to that? Yeah, I'm going to. Oh, my God. So God's letting me live there in my own house. So anyway, yeah. What is it? There's like a C-can community, Mom. Pardon me? Can I put a C-can on there? Uh, I don't know. I mean, the thing is, is I'll be able to. Here's what happens. Here's what's going to happen. We'll be able to do it every once in a while. I don't even understand what a C-can is.
Oh, oh, I'll show you pictures. Okay. Anyway, I'm going to go down and see my property. I was going to talk to you about it once before, and they measured it, and it was just short. It was short just a little bit, and they couldn't do it. So that's why. But now they're shorter properties for people to build houses. So now they're doing that. Wow. You know, Kelowna did that here, too, Mom. Did they? Yeah. They did that here, and it's like everybody's heard of fucking basementing a student in two seconds flat.
Yeah, I know. And then, well, I can't put a basement between them, but I can put in a work area thing up there. And then accessory dwelling units are also permitted in some commercial zones. And you're almost in a commercial zone, actually. Well, no, but there's one other thing. A carriage, yes, or a carriage house. Oh, yes, yes. Dining flats, laneway, there's a laneway or carriage house. So I went for a walk yesterday, and I walked by Nancy's husband where he lives.
They're building on there, and he says, how come that's where they're building there? And the guy that we're building there, he says, he's putting on a small house. Yeah. And he's only got a big piece of property, not really big, but I mean just that, you know, like mine, and they said it's a house, and it's only going to be a one-bedroom house. Well, that's like a tiny home then, Mama. I could put a tiny home on there.
Yeah, a tiny home. Yeah, a tiny home. Yeah, a home. Yeah. A full home, yeah. Yeah, like a tiny home, because you could actually get away with putting a tiny home anywhere, because my friend Danny, who lives down in the Soyuz, he goes, he goes, listen to this. He goes, the city kind of gives me shit for it, because you get away with it in a small town, because you take, you make yourself a tiny home, but you just put it on wheels, so you cover up the wheels, so people can't see it, and so when the city comes, the city comes, they're like, what the hell are you building? He goes, no, no, no, it's just, I just moved it here.
And he goes, I've never moved it, but I have wheels on it. He goes, it cost me a thousand dollars, whatever he goes, but now the city, it got into all the paperwork of the city. Yeah, because it's just a moveable trailer. Right. He's never moved, because it's not, he's got it all boarded up. It's completely obviously staying there. Right, right. Oh my God, Mom, I think God did this. Yeah? Yeah. He did, because he's like, because you know, you and I are like, well, you know, even, it's just, then we at least have our own little space too, right? Yeah, yes, yes, yes.
But I hope, I hope that, oh, that's good, because they're going to be able to repair. I like that. That's great. That's great. Yeah. Well, it's great, because, you know, then my house is, like, I got to tell those dirty bankers in my house, I don't know what the hell's going on, and that guy, you know, is still moving with me. And then, and then, and then, you know, in case you haven't seen, they've never been around here long, and my dad's actually in a certain game right now, Well, they might not have enough to sell us, because they, before they tried to, you know.
No, I know, but the thing is, we should buy the property. Like, we've got to make sure that they don't sell it to anybody else. No, no, they know. They know that. They know that they're going to, so. Oh, good. They know that, because it's so good. So then we can put Jamie on here. Yes. Oh, my God. You're right. Because it's your property, so you can put another, you can put another, oh, my God. I know.
It would not be something, eh? Yes, Mom, it would be something. Because, like, Mom, that's so, they're getting goosebumps. I've got to tell Jamie. She's got her best three, that's all three generations right there, all sitting right there. Yep. All three generations of witches, or whatever you are. I don't know. Well, first of all, well, I guess so. Let me tell her about this one, because I'm pretty sure they want me to put a second house on there, because it's a big lot.
Yeah, it's just the thought of it, too. Like, if God put it in your head, we'll just see what happens. Yeah, yeah, exactly. We'll see what happens. Okay, yeah. We'll see what happens. It's just a great way to live, eh? Yeah, what a way to live. It's pretty great. Just, you know, just loving God is just beating. Oh, yeah. Oh, my God, I had a dream about you. I haven't dreamt in so long. Oh, did you? No.
I don't remember, no. Oh. Yeah, I just had a dream about you. You were, like... You called Tanya and Tanya, was it a good dream? Yeah, you were in charge of something. Oh. Yeah. But I think you were up in heaven. Like, I think you were up in heaven in charge. Like, I think that you were there. You were, like, in charge. Like, it was like everybody... I was in charge. Everybody was there in your eyes.
Yeah. Everybody was friends. Oh, that was cute. It was cute. Oh, no, but Tanya was... Tanya and I were talking about... Tanya and I were talking about this lot, and she said, um... Well, what did she say? Something else, and I just said, oh, she said, it's amazing, like, you know, how things happen. I said, well, you've got to trust God. You know, trust God. So, that's what I said. You know, if we get it, we can do it.
We can do it. Yeah. So, that's how it went. I'm glad that you even saw that. But I told her that. No, I said it to Tanya. No, I know, but the fact that you even felt like you had found this out. Oh, yeah, you know what? You know what? I went for a walk yesterday. Yeah. I just went for a walk, and I went up to Tanya's... I went to see Grandpa. Yeah. And I'm like, yeah, and then when I walked back, I managed to get down by the school, right? Yeah.
And I went downstairs, and I know Nancy's husband lives there, and I know him, and I said, they're building something up. So, I went to see what they were building. Yeah. And I said, yeah, and it's a carpenter. I guess he's got the carpenter himself. I don't know. Like, somebody that works for them. They were building it. Yeah. And he says, yeah. He says, like, these buildings are all home. Yeah. You know, he had to go through the changes or whatever, because he had some storage buildings in the back.
He had to bring them up to the front. I think that's it. But nothing up there but trees. When is that? Wait. Is that supposed to be a workshop? So, they're telling everybody, here's what you can do. It was. It was. It was a workshop on Monday. Oh, shit. Okay. So, you're just... Look on your... I can't... I pitched it. Yeah. On Monday. Yeah. On the 6th. Okay. On the 6th. Okay. Just hang up. Yeah. Yeah.
Yeah. Anyway. I realized it was Monday. I was going to go to the meeting last night, and then I thought, oh, shit. I'm scared. I looked at the datagate. I thought, oh, shit. I missed it. But I'm going to go down there and say it. I just want to... It's so brand new, right? Of course. They'll have to give you all the information that they gave you at the workshop. Yeah. Yeah. Exactly. To see what happens.
Yeah. Yeah. And if it's a package or anything, send it to me. That's cool. What I'm saying is, if it's a lot to read, like, bylaws and stuff, I can just throw it through AI, and it'll just run down. You know what I mean? Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.
