Popper criticizes the traditional scientific method, arguing that observation is not neutral or unbiased. He believes that the scientific method should start with a problem, followed by formulating a hypothesis, deducing consequences, and conducting experiments to test the theory's falsifiability. Popper emphasizes that a theory that withstands tests is not necessarily true, but rather corroborated. He also highlights the importance of falsifiability as the criterion for distinguishing between science and non-science. A scientific theory must be empirically refutable and subject to rigorous and objective tests. However, a criticism is that scientists often seek to prove the falsifiability of their theories rather than genuinely attempting to falsify them. Outro aspecto fundamental Ć© a falsificabilidade.
