Begin with your breathing to go inward, going into that very core of your being, the source of your strength, the new energy flowing throughout your body, coming from the center, the core within you and flowing outward, opening your physical energy up and feel this core of light within you as light, as radiant glowing light, it is the radiance of your soul and higher self and let this light seep within you, begin to radiate through your emotions and then into your thoughts until you are surrounded with light, light is radiating from your core self through all of your energy systems out into the world, almost as if you are a sun, steadily radiating light to everyone around you and this light of your soul and higher self is lighting up all the good and beautiful within you, your power and strength, your love and softness, your courage and confidence is lighting up and this light can pulsate with color, pulsating a gentle blue light into your muscles, assisting you in relaxing and releasing at a very deep level, letting go of any energy you do not want and bringing in a higher, finer energy, you are growing more and more at peace, your thoughts are becoming clear, focused and more beautiful and the energy around your body, your aura is growing more and more beautiful, filled with light and you are beginning to vibrate with your higher self in the higher planes of reality, feel yourself opening up, feeling more expansive, more loving as your heart begins to glow with light and light is all around you and the light of your soul is shining through your mind so that your thoughts are becoming more beautiful and more positive, the light of your soul is touching you at every level as you go higher and higher into a light, you are becoming one with your soul, you are becoming pure light, bask in this light, your soul is filling your mind and your thoughts with light and they are being reorganized into a higher pattern, imagine that your mind is like a room, a room of your thoughts, what does this room look like, the furniture, the walls, the windows, the colors and arrange it so that it is even more beautiful, more spacious, more clean, open the windows, pull back the curtains, clean out the cobwebs if there are any and make this room as beautiful as you can imagine it to be, watch your thoughts for a moment, you are now aware of your thoughts, just watch them come up and then release, as you learn to think in higher ways, each thought is more complete, more filled with light, brings a sense of aha, of realization, of recognition, as you evolve your thoughts, as they carry more light, they will also carry more power to manifest and create the reality you want, as your thoughts become more focused, as you are able to concentrate and pay attention, you can change your reality with great ease, for you will be aware of your thoughts, you will know how to add light to them, think in more expansive ways and thus create a more beautiful reality, you are now able to think of one thing at a time, to let each thought come up, to be a very complete thought, to see all there is to see about a situation, you are thinking of one thing at a time, you think about it clearly and deeply, you feel the illumination of your higher mind, as it comes through each complete thought, begin now to connect with your higher mind, imagining that there is a bridge between the right and the left side of your brain, the right side of your brain receiving impressions, the artistic creative side, the intuitive side, and the left side of your brain that interprets, puts words and meanings to that which you have received in the right side of your brain, there is a place right in the middle, the bridge, imagine that you are building that bridge, and imagine that you are transferring your consciousness, so that you are standing symbolically on the bridge between the right and the left side of your brain, feel the energy here, the creativity that is possible, you receive clearly ideas, and you put them into words that express them with clarity and wisdom, you now open to illumined thoughts, thoughts that sparkle with the light and the wisdom of your higher mind, your brain is now receptive, your physical brain, to the thought impulses of your soul, you now find quiet time, alone time, so that you may receive the illumination of your soul in the silence, you are now aware of your thoughts, and you now begin to talk to yourself in more loving ways, you become aware of any thought that is not loving, you add light to that thought, you watch it expand into a new thought, you love each thought, and through your love begin to evolve your inner dialogue, begin to shower your thoughts with light, all the new thoughts that haven't yet been born, all the thoughts that will arise in your mind for the rest of the week, adding light to them, adding love to them, imagining that there is a place in your brain where thoughts are born, you are stimulating that area with light, so that each thought is born into greater light, greater love, take a thought right now that you have, perhaps a thought of limitation or lack, something you tell yourself that is not as positive as you would like it to be, now imagine that that thought is again standing in the light, you are showering it with light, leaving the light of that thought, letting that thought expand, what is it changing to as you add light to it? If you knew that the universe were absolutely abundant, and you could have anything you wanted, or indeed you can, how would you think about this? If you knew that you were powerful, and you could create anything you wanted, how would you think about this? What new thoughts might arise? Tell yourself some of the things you would like to hear right now, a few statements that are loving and supportive of who you are, make that inner voice very soothing, and have it carry the conviction of the truth of these statements. Let that inner voice tell you how well you are doing right now, look at four or five things in your life that you feel really good about, that you have succeeded in doing, and congratulate yourself. You can add light to every thought you have, as you do, you will be living in the higher levels of light. Think of something you want to create, think of the thoughts you have about creating it, first take a thought that tells you it might be hard to create this, shower it with light and let it expand. What is the new thought? Now tell yourself why you will succeed, why this time is different. Fill yourself with positive encouraging thoughts about this goal. Think of something you would like to hear right now, and now let that beautiful inner voice tell you why you are a beautiful and lovable person. Let your inner voice support you right now, find nice things to say to yourself, you might even take an area where you have been hard on yourself, and change your inner dialogue in this area. Your thoughts now support you, you now speak to yourself in a loving and supportive way, you immediately catch any thought of self-criticism, you love the thought as you would a small child that doesn't know better, and you put a positive thought alongside it. Your inner voice is friendly and supportive of who you are, and you now broadcast light even more through your positive inner dialogue. And begin now to come back into the room, opening your eyes, bringing energy into your body with a good breath in, letting it go, stretching your body, feeling so good, you come fully back now, wide awake, vibrant and alive.
